The next Supper Club will be on Thursday, May 4 at 6pm. It will once again consist of a five-course meal showcasing local cuisine. Our Village café transforms into an after-hours dinning room, where you will sip and savor a menu crafted to showcase the Big Island's locally grown and caught food. Seafood will be theme of May's menu.
Husband and Wife team, and owners of Twin Engine Catering, Lisa & Jeffrey Barbas, along with Chef Chris Crookston, will prepare five courses using local ingredients.
The American concept of “Supper Clubs” originated in Beverly Hills, CA and became popular in the 1930s and 1940s. Traditionally Supper Clubs were considered a destination which featured a casual and relaxed atmosphere with simple but fabulous meals. It is with this in mind that we have formatted our version of Supper Club.
This affair is limited to 50 people and the cost per ticket is $80, which includes wine pairing. Tickets without wine pairing are $65. Tickets may be purchased here.
For more information please call (808) 329-6577 or come by the café.
A LOOK AT A PAST SUPPER CLUB
