Come join us for a rustic brunch buffet on a coffee farm in Holualoa, with the Pacific Ocean view.
Our breakfast and lunch favorite dishes cooked over fire and inspired by local ingredients with fresh flavors from this season.
Brazilian cheese bread with island guava jam and fresh honey comb
Choripan (Argentine style sandwich) - handcrafted grilled sausage, melted provolone and chimichurri sauce over fresh baked baguette
Island inspired Paella (our way!) with smoked meat and seafood, cooked over open fire
NY Steak (side of roasted garlic oil and chimichurri sauce)
Omelette filled with rescoldo vegetables (cooked over ashes), creme fraiche and fresh herbs
Summer salad with papaya seed lemon honey vinaigrette, burnt oranges and chili pepper macnuts
Brazilian style carrot cake baked on cast iron skillet with warm cocoa syrup
Tapioca crepe filled with banana and dulce de leche sauce

Forged to Table Hawaii is a live fire cooking experience in Kailua Kona, Big Island. Guided by fire, we combine both our crafts and passion in an unique outdoor cooking experience with the Pacific Ocean view.
Fusing both Brazilian and Hawaiian cultures, we create hand forged tools, and rustic open-fire meals influenced by gauchos from South of Brazil and Argentina. The menus are inspired by local tropical ingredients from the island.
Forged by Neil, cooked by Flora, and gather by Danny our mission is to gather people around the fire and reconnect them with their human essence ... through handcraft and food.
