How do I sign up for a coffee subscription?
To subscribe to a coffee:
1. Go to our Shop page and select the coffee of your choice.
2. Select size, bean type, and quantity.
3. Click SUBSCRIPTION and select frequency.
4. Add to cart and follow prompts to check out!
I already have an existing subscription that I can't access. What now?
You may have noticed our brand new website! With this comes improved functionality and security.
If you have an existing subscription with us, to roll it over to the new site we request that you re-sign up on our new website to ensure continuation of your subscription.
To re-subscribe:
1. Go to our Shop page and select the coffee of your choice.
2. Select size, bean type, and quantity.
3. Click SUBSCRIPTION and select frequency.
4. Add to cart and follow prompts to check out!
5. Once you are signed up on this site, your existing subscription will be cancelled and rolled over!
Where is your coffee grown?
Located on the crown of the “Kona Coffee Belt”, our farm provides ideal growing conditions for the Arabica Typica coffee varietal, at 2,000 ft. above the sandy beaches of Kona, Hawaii. Our coffee is “single-estate”, which means it comes only from our farm where we can trace the origin of every bean.
What options for 100% Kona coffee can I choose from?
You may choose any Roast along with your choice of Whole Bean or your favorite grind. Click here for the full selection.

How do I update my Kona Coffee & Tea Subscription?
What's the minimum amount of coffee I receive per shipment?
One 7oz bag.
How often do I receive a subscription shipment?
You can choose to receive coffee every 15, 30, 45, or 60 days.
To subscribe to a coffee:

3. Click SUBSCRIPTION and select frequency of every 15, 30, 45, or 60 days.

What's the minimum subscription commitment I am required to fulfill?
Three shipments. Subscribers receive a 10% discount and agree to receive a minimum of three shipments within the first 6-months of subscription activation.
What happens if I cancel before meeting the 3-order minimum fulfillment?
Subscriptions canceled before meeting the 3-order minimum fulfillment commitment will repay the savings accrued as well as a $10 processing fee. The vast majority of our subscribers prefer to stay subscribed for much longer.
