We are proud to support our local, non-profit organizations by donating brewed or packaged coffee, Gift Baskets or Gift Cards. If you have an event that is at least 30 days away, please take a moment to read the following criteria before contacting us for sponsorship or donation requests. If your event is less than 30 days away, we cannot meet your request.

All donations must be picked up at our Kailua-Kona café (at 74-5588 Palani Road).  Pickup times are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and must be prearranged. No exceptions.

• Groups that are 501(c)(3) and other "tax-exempt" or nonprofit organizations
• Educational environmental organizations
• Human service providers or organizations for children and the elderly’s safety, health, well-being
• Not-for-profit animal care organizations
• Clubs or Organizations whose intent is to create awareness of community issues
• Athletes / Sports Teams
• Children’s groups

• Network events, mixers, or conferences, except for those few with whom KCTC has an existing partnership or association
• Events hosted by a retail establishment to bring attention to the organizations itself, its products, or its services (i.e. grand openings)
• Membership Groups such as Business Associations
• Family Foundations
