SHIPPING
We ship worldwide using via FedEx and USPS. All P.O. Box orders ship via USPS. Shipping will be quoted before you purchase.
Orders are typically shipped Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning with these days subject to change. Due to the nature of our small team, some orders will take between 1-4 days of processing before they are ready for shipment. Once they’ve been shipped, most orders take between 3-7 business days to arrive at your door but can take longer. Please allow more time for processing during holidays and peak sale days. We will do our best to provide you with accurate shipping information during those times.
Please Note: we are unable to make special requests for FedEx deliveries (ex. place inside screen). Please contact your local FedEx carrier or go to fedex.com and inform them if you have special delivery requests.
Reroutes and delivery holds caused by providing an incorrect delivery address may result in additional delivery charges to the recipient.
Delivery Timeframes - Not Guaranteed
We do not offer or charge for expedited shipping services. At this time, we ship exclusively via FedEx 2-Day and USPS Priority Mail. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Once, the package is in the carrier’s possession, we have no control over how it is handled or when it is delivered. Please see below for more details on select carriers.
FedEx 2Day - While FedEx offers 2-day shipping services, they do not guarantee two-day delivery to or from Hawaii due to its remote location. In our experience, shipments from Hawaii to the mainland can take 3 to 10 days after they've been handed over to FedEx. You can read more about FedEx's shipping policies here.
USPS Priority Mail - Please note that while USPS Priority Mail has an estimated delivery timeframe of 2–3 business days, it is not a guaranteed service. USPS does not offer money-back guarantees for missed delivery windows. Although USPS does provide a guaranteed delivery option through Priority Mail Express, we do not offer this shipping option.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you have placed an order and need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at kctc@konacoffeeandtea.com.
We will try to accommodate your request if possible. However, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been fulfilled.
If we are able to make changes or cancel the order after fulfillment, a fee will apply.
Shipping Address Change Request
If your order hasn't shipped, we may be able to change the address for you. Contact us at kctc@konacoffeeandtea.com Please note, we will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that any changes will be made.
Change of Address - FedEx
If your order ships via FedEx and a change of address is requested after the order is fulfilled and the request can be accommodated, there may be a $21 change of address fee if the package has been handed over to FedEx.
Change of Address - USPS
We cannot accommodate change of address requests once the order has been fulfilled.
Return to Sender
If a parcel is automatically returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it is not deliverable, additional shipping charges to resend the package are the responsibility of the customer. This usually occurs when the carrier has attempted to make multiple deliveries or the parcel has been awaiting collection and is now being returned back to us. We are unable to process a refund for return to sender parcels.
Duties and Taxes
Orders shipping outside the USA may incur duties or taxes upon delivery. Duties and taxes are the responsibility f the customer. Please check with your local customs to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.
PRICING
The retail and subscription prices of our coffee, tea, honey, chocolate, merchandise, and all other goods may change without notice, to ensure we continue delivering the highest-quality 100% Kona coffee, grown with aloha on our family farm.
Subscriptions
By subscribing to Kona Coffee & Tea, you agree to recurring charges at your selected delivery frequency until canceled. To receive 10% off you agree to the 3 month minimum. Subscriptions renew automatically, and prices are subject to change without notice (typically no more than once per year). After fulfilling the 3 month minimum, you may cancel anytime before your next billing date. Shipping times may vary, and product availability is not guaranteed. Promotional offers apply only to initial orders unless otherwise stated. Please keep your account and payment information up to date.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not offer returns or exchanges for our coffee, tea, or food items due to food safety reasons. We do not offer returns or exchanges for our merchandise.
